Plan ahead:

• Dress for cool and possible wet weather (layers)

• Get on a wall to test and adjust your lacrosse stick(s) before you show up

• Get a good night's sleep

On Evaluation/Tryout Day:

1. Bring only what's needed

• Have all your gear on, with stick(s) in hand

• Bring your labeled water bottle

• Leave your lacrosse bag in the car (except goalies)

• No bags on the field due to the sheer number of players coming (except goalies)

2. Arrive on time

• Drop off players at designated entrance #1

• Use the restroom now, if needed  (location #5)

3. Check-in at tent location #2

• Check in opens at 5:00 pm

• Get issued a pinnie with an assigned unique number (to be returned at end)

• Proceed to warm-up area

4. Park in designated area at entrance #3

• Overflow parking is available North of the building

5. Parents/Guardians order food, if your hungry

• Tentative for 1/26 and 1/31. Check back on 1/25.

6. Observe Evaluations and Tryouts

• Parents/guardians may watch from their vehicle or from behind any fence

• No parents/guardians on the field

7. Observe Game Situation

• HS Coaches will be evaluating players

• Fundamentals

• LAX IQ

• Off-ball Movement

• Where the player is on the development curve

8. Players Get Photographed

• Players will have photos taken by a professional photographer in our designated media area

11. Uniform Design Reveal & Feedback

• View the uniform design concepts

• Players have the opportunity to provide their feedback before designs are finalized
